My old ones are up for sale.

There are 5 wheels, 15 by 6½ inch with Pirelli P4 tyres 205/70 R15 96T (tyres manufactured in 2010). The tyre profile at 70 is higher than the standard profile.

When I restored the Plus 8 in 2010, I had the spokes retightened and wheels balanced.

Series 1 rear bumper bar with mounting brackets - $25.

1330 mm wide and needs some straightening and re-chroming.

I suspect from the mounting brackets, paint area and chassis drilling that it was ex-factory Malvern.

I’ll pack and freight at cost if not local WA pickup.

1985 Plus 8 $85,000

Mature Owner considering sale due to limited use. Car located at Little Hartley, NSW.

Morgan factory confirm despatch on 14 February 1985 to their agent in Kanagawa Japan. The owner in Japan, apparently, was a Doctor. The car had a colour change to Porsche Polar Silver (still impeccable) and was completely retrimmed (appears to all be factory supplied) with a most attractive dusky navy blue leather and all trim panels plus new blue hood, tonneau, side curtains, side curtain cover, carpets and body beading. In all a most attractive combination.

On arrival in Australia, in 2014, the car was serviced and compliance work completed by Tony Heard, the S.A. Morgan specialist, including fitting beautifully engineered, integrated and trimmed side intrusion bars. It is presently on full NSW registration until June 2019 and now shows under 22,000 kms.

While I love the car, my second Morgan, and it is in great condition, I have other cars and this one deserves an owner who can use it more than I do. Please call Graham Leese on 0418160735 or email jillandgrahamleese@hotmail.com .

Morgans Over America Car badge

Every 5 years since 1990 there has been a Morgan tour over different parts of the USA and Canada called "Morgans Over America”.

The 6th tour was run in memory of the originator Steve Roake. In the spirit of the ANZACS - 6 Morganeers and their crews from Australia and New Zealand participated.

The MOA tour coincided with the Rugby World Championship, in which the Aussies and the Kiwis dominated. The Kiwis won the final between the two nations.

A limited number of badges were made for participants, some of which have now become available, so if you want one, please act swiftly.

Please contact Stan here.
